We enclose the original of deed, signed by the
Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund, releasing a
portion of the road reservation affecting Lots 1 to 5 and Lot
"A ", Block 31, Magnolia Park Subdivision.
It is our understanding this deed will be delivered
in exchange for SRD #61.

KNOW AU. MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, the State of Florida, by its Trustees of the Internal Improvement
Fund, by Part Deed No. 2685, Pinellas County, of April 19, 1945 ,
conveyed unto City of Clearwater
grantee,
a certain parcel therein described, and subject to the reservation for State Road
Right of Way as therein defined (the last recorded owner of the title of said
property now being Mack Hart and Betty I. Hart, his wife
)and
WHEREAS, The State Road Department of Florida has advised that the property
hereinafter described is not necessary for highway purposes, and has approved the
release and quitclaim of said reservation for State Road Right of Way to the ex-
tent hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, the state of Florida, by its Trustees of the Internal Improve-
ment Fund, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and the foregoing
considerations, have remised, released and quitclaimed and by these presents do
remise, release and quitclaim unto the said Mack Hart and Betty I. Hart, his wife
and their
heirs and assigns forever all right, title, interest, claim and demand arising
out of the following reservation, to wit:
RESERVING UNTO THE STATE OF FLORIDA easement for state Road Right of Way
Two Hundred (200) feet wide lying equally on each side of the centerline
of any State Road existing on the date of this deed through so much of
any parcel herein described as is within One Hundred (100) feet of said
centerline,

All of said reservation as contained in Part Pinellas County Deed No. 2685, insofar
as same affects IDts 1 to 5, inclusive, and IDt "A", in Block .31, Magnolia Park
Subdivision, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 43,
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, EXCEPl' that part :lying 30 feet west of
the centerline of Myrtle Ave. and except that part of said IDt 5 described as follows:
COJmI1ence on the Westerly eXtension of IDt 21, Block D of Mount Orange Revised Subdi-
vision in Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 6, page 46, Public Records of Pinellas County, Fla., at a point 142.20
feet South 89020128" West of the NE corner of IDt 17 of said Block D, said point
being on the Section line between said Section 15 and Section 16, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, run thence South 89020'28" West 30 feet to a Point of Beginning;
continue thence South 89020'28" West 11 feet, thence South 48048'55" East 14.99 feet,
thence North 1036'32" 'West 10 feet to the Point of Beginning.
