to CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, whose
postoffice address is PO Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida 33518, second
party;
WITNESSETH, That the said first parties, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said first parties have in and to the following described
