A. D. 1952, between MATTIE SPANN as administratrix of the estate
ot Dorothy Spann, deceased, party of the first part, and the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, a Municipal Corporation, of tne County ot
Pinellas,State or Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH That the said party ot the first part having on
the 30th day of July, 1952, by petition applied to the ~dge ot
the County Court in and tor Pinellas County, Florida, for authority
to convey the real estate hereinafter described to the party of the
second part, and the prayer in said petition having appeared to
said Judge to be reasonable and just and to the best interest ot
said estate, and the Court being satisfied ot the expediency of
such conveyanoe having entered an order on the 4th day of August,
A. D. 1952 ratitying and confirming said transter of property and
ordering the said administratrix to convey by good and sufficient
deed to the said party ot the second part the real estate here-
after de scribed,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum
of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, lawful money of the
United States of America to her in hand paid, at and before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents by the party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party ot the
first part herein, as administratrix aforesaid, has granted, bar-
gained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed
unto the said party at the second part, and to its successors and
assigns torever, all those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land
situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
