SATISFA~ION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that R. A. MAPES
and FLORENCE A. MAPES, his wife, holders of a certain mort-
gage deed executed by SHARON DUNN, to R. A. Mapes and Flor-
ence A. Mapes, his wife, bearing date of October 6, 1952,
recorded in Mortgage Book 912, Page 531, in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, State of
Florida, securing that certain note in the principal sum of
EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($18,000), and certain promises
and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the
property situate in said State and County described as fol-
lows, to-wit:
Lots One, Two, Three and Sixteen, and Lot
Fifteen except the East eight feet of said
Lot Fifteen, all in Block Seven of Magnolia
Park, according to the revised map thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 43 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled and
hereby directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel the
same of record.
