KNOW ALL h~N BY THESE PRESENTS that Fleetwood Apartments,
a Florida Corporation created and existing under and by virtue
of the laws of the state of Florida, has and by these presents
does donate and dedicate to the City of Clearwater" Florida,
for the use of the general public forever the streets" avenues
and alleys designated and laid out upon the accompanying Plat
and included within the following designated boundaries in
Pinellas Coun~, Florida" more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the NW cor. of the SEt of the swt of Sec. 15
Twp. 29S" Rge. l5E and run thence SO 02t04"w" along the 40
acre line, 295.16 ft." thence s89 03'52" E ~.O ft. to a point
which is the P.O.B.; from the P.O.B. run thence SO 02'04"w
698.70 ft. run thence 8 89 03'52"E 275.0 ft." run thence N
o 02'04"E 178.06 Ft., run thence N 52 07'35"E 669.92 ft."run
thence N 0 02 '04"E 362.88 ft., run thence N89 03'52"W 538.48

cribed land so much of a certain 10.0 ft. strip of land deed-
ed to the City of Clearwater as lies within the boundaries

S17 48'00"w 210.0 ft. to end of said 10.0 ft. strip, said
point being 1334.7 ft. South of the NW cor. of SEt of swt
of Sec. 15, Twp. 298, Rge. 15E" and at the intersection of
Greenwood Avenue and Jeffords Street.
The streets and alleys in said Plat named and indicated it dedi-
cates to the City of Clearwater and to the general public to be
used as public thOrOfares,~rovided and this dedication is ex-
pressly conditioned that the City of Clearwater, Florida, shall
undertake and from time to time improve said alleys, streets and
avenues so described and render the various municipal services
to said streets, alleys a nd avenues a s is cus tomarily and usually
obtained on other city streets, alleys and avenues and the expense
of said improvemen ts and services thereof s hall be paid from the
general fund of' the City and no part shall be assessed against
any parcel of land abut ting herein dedicated.)
