1953, by and between CARRIE SCOTT, a widow, of Clearwater,
Pinellas County, Florida and RUTH BROWN, a widow, of Atlanta,
Fulton County, Georgia, as sole heirs at law of Randolph Moore,
deceased, and Pearl Moore, his wife, deceased, parties of the
firetpart and CITY OF'CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation, of
the County of Pinellas and the State of Florida, party of the
second part.
WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and

estate, dower and right of dower, reversion, remainder and ease-
ment thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining: TO HAVE AND
