Attached is deed from Paul R. Agnew and wife to City, con-
veying property deeded for right-of-way, which deed was
accepted by Resolution No. 57-35.
Please have this deed recorded and returned to you for the
City's files. A lO~ revenue stamp, should be placed on the
qeed and the cost of recording is $1.75, making a total of
$1.85, for which you should obtain funds from the Treasurer.
Attached, also, is original of the Above captioned Resolution.
This was passed at Commission meeting on June 24th and signed
by the Mayor. It is now ready for filing.
