A special meeting of the Board of Directors of Standard Supply Company
was held at 1673 5th Avenue North, st. Petersburg, Flor:ida, on November 3,
1959.
All of the directors were present and oonsented to holding the meeting.
It was understood that out of the prooeeds of the sale were to be paid
a mortgage to First Federal Savings & Loan Association for $16,821.94 plus
accrued interest and another mortgage to Peter Boerema. (being oollected
by the Bank of Clearwater) for $7,476.99 plus aocrued interest, with pro-
ration of taxes and payment of appropriate costs.
James F. Hunting, Pres:ident, and George C. Burkhart, Treasurer, were
instructed to sign the necessary doouments to complete the sale.
