KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT under and by virtue of authority in me vested as
Special Master under the terms and provisions of that certain
Final Decree made and entered by the Honorable Jack F. White,
Judge of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, of
and for Pinellas County, State of Florida, on the 16th day of
February, 1961 in that Chancery Cause No. 53,324 lately pending

Ernestine Rembert was Plaintiff, and Quinton T. Rembert, et ai,

were Defendants, I, the undersigned, JOSEPH S. CLARK, as Special
Master for and in consideration of the payment of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby remise,
release and quit-claim, and by these presents does hereby remise,
release and quit-claim unto the party of the second part, City
of Clearwater, a MuriCipal Corporation, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said parties, Plaintiff and
Defendants, to the aforementioned Chancery Cause No. 53,324, and
this party of the first part has in and to the following des-
cribed lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, to-wit:
