SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this Vi.Ji'h day of ~
1961, between SAPIR INVESTMENT CO., INC., a Massachusetts
corporation, doing busines s in the State of Florida, as Party of the
First Part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, as Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part, for and in consideration
of the swn of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the Party of the Second Part, its successors and
assigns, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the
