THIS INDENTURE. Made this 7th. day of Deoember. A.
D. 1934. between W. R. Taylor and Birdie Taylor. his wife, of
Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, parties of the first part,

WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first
part, for and in oonsideration of the oanoellation of oertain
liens for taxes and sanitary sewer, the reoeipt whereof is hereby
aoknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold and transferred, and by
these presents do grant. bargain, sell and transfer unto the said
parties of the seoond part, its suooessors and assigns forever,
that oertain paroel of land lying and being in the City of Clear-
water, COWlty of Pine~,las and State of Florida, more partioularly
described as follows:

intersects the Seotion Line Dividing Seotion
Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-

thence North One hundred and five feet (105)
thenoe East Thirty feet (30), thence South One
hundred and five feet (105), thence West Thirty
feet (30) to point of beginning. The said
premises to be used for the sole and only pur-
pose of widening Myrtle Avenue to Sixty (60)
teet, said Street to be widened when the City
of Clearwater shall deem the same neoessary
and advisable.

And the said parties of the first part do covenant
with the said parties of the second part that they are lawfully
seized of the said premises, that they are free from all incum-
brances except taxes, paving, sewer and sidewalk liens, and that
they have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and

title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.

acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed

Taylor, the wife of the said W. R. Taylor, on a separate and
private examination taken and made by and before me, and separately
and apart from her said husband, did aoknowledge that she made
herself a party to the said Deed 01' Conveyance for the purpose ~

and interest, whether of dower or of separate property, statutory
