the express understanding that the same shall in the
future at all times be used by ~he party of the second
part for the operation and maintenance of tne pUblic
utilities owned by said party of the second part, such
public utilitiies includi!lg the water works system,
gas plant and disvrlbution systiem, sanl~ary sewerage
systiem and additions and replacemen~s[,hereto.

parties of the first part, of, in and to the same.
