THIS INDENTURE, Made this the day of
A. D. 1940, between the CITY OF'i;etEARWATER, FLORIDA, a Municipal Corp-

STRICKLAND, his wife, and GUY L. KENNEDY AND JENNIE KENNEDY, his wife,
of the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, parties of the second part;
WITl~SSETH; That the party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other good and
valuable considerations, lawful money of the United States of America,
to it in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and con-
firmed unto the said parties of the second part, and to their heirs
and assigns forever, all the following piece, parcel, lot or tract of
land situate, lying and baing in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, and described as follows, to-wit:
All of Block Four (4) of SARAH McMULLEN'S SUB-
DIVISION in Section 15, Township 29 South, Range
15 East, as the same is recorded in Plat Book 1
at page 41 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida; LESS a fifty (50) foot right-
of-way through said Block Four (4) for Laura Street
extended, and LESS a thirty (30) foot right-of-way
on the east side of said Block Four (4) for Prospect
Avenue, and LESS a lot in Southwest Corner of said
Block Four (4) measuring sixty (60) feet on Cleveland
Street East and West and one hundred fifteen (115)
feet north and south.

It is the intention of this conveyance that an un-
divided one-half interest in the above described
premises is hereby vested in RoY' E. Strickland and
Laura F. Strickland, his wife, as an estate by the
entirety and that the other undivided one-half in-
terest is hereby vested in Guy L. Kennedy and Jennie
Kennedy, hi:s wife, as an estate by the entirety.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements,
