THIS INDENTURE, Made the 19th day of July , A. D. 1938,
between LEWIS T. ViRAY as Special Master in Chancery, party of the first
part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, a Municipal corporation
part Y of the second part,
WHEREAS, the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for the County of
Pine lias, State of Florida, in Chancery, by its decree dated the 21s t day of June
A. D. 1938, among other things ordered, adjudged and decreed in a certain cause then pend-
ing in the said Court, between STATE ADJUSTMENT COMPANY, a corporation

being Chancery Cause No. 20013, that the premises described in said decree, and herein-
after particularly described, be sold by said Master at public auction, the said Master first
giving two consecutive weeks notice of the time and place of sale, in a newspaper
published in Pine lias County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the said Special Master, LEWIS T. WRAY and
party of the first part to these presents, in pursuance of the said order and decree of the said
Court in Chancery, did, on the 4th day of July A. D. 19 38, sell
at public auction the said premises,. hereinafter particularly described, having first given due
notice of the time and place of sale, with a descriptton of the said premises, agreeable to the
order aforesaid; at which sale the said premises, hereinafter particularly described, were
sold to the said part Y of the second part for the sum of $550.00 dollars.
that being the highest sum bidden for the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the said Special Master,
for the purpose of consummating and perfecting the said sale so made as aforesaid, in pur-
suance of the said decree of the said Court of Chancery, in consideration of the premises, and
of the said sum of $550.00 dollars, paid at the time of the execution hereof,
by the said party of the second part, to the said Special Master, the receipt whereof he does
hereby acknowledge, has granted, bargained and sold, aliened, released, conveyed and con-
