DEDICATION OF STREE'l'
WHEREAS, the City of C1earwater, F1orida, is the owner
of the lands hereinafter described, which is suitable and necessary
tor street purposes as an extension ot Floral Way north to Cleve-
land Street, and,
WHBREAS, atter due deliberation,the City Commission
has determined that it is tor the best interests of the City
that suoh lands should be dedicated for street purposes:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission

land situate in said City, Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
The East Seventy (E 70') Feet of LOTS TWENTY-FIVE (25)
and THmTY-TWO (32) of THE PADGETT ESTATE SUBDIVISION,
according to map thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page
11, public records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be, and the same is hereby dedicated, set aside and established
as a street, to be used for street purposes by the public and to
be a continuation ot Floral Way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City
ot Clearwater, Florida, in regular session assembled, this 3rd
day of May, A.D. 1948.
