WHEREAS, the party of the second part desires to re-pave
and widen Myrtle Avenue and extend and pave Laura Street in
the City of Clearwater, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the party of the second ,part desires the party
of the first part to convey to it for street purposes the
East four (4) feet of Lots 1 and 10, Block 14, Gould and Ewing's
First and Second Addition to Clearwater Harbor, and as considera-
tion therefor ,the party of -the first part is not to be charged

and assessed with anr of the costs of the widening and paving
of Myrtle Avenue,o~ the widening, opening, extension, or improve-
ment of or on Laura Street; .
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and

a plat thereot recorded in Plat Book 1, page 53,
of the public records of Hillsborough County,

This conveyance is made expressly subject to the use
of said conveyed property by the City of Clearwater
for street purposes only, and in the event said property
ceases to be used for street purposes, the same shall
immediately revert to the party of the first part;
and is further made expressly subject to the right of
the party of the first part to retain possession of
said four (4) feet hereby conveyed until such time as
the party of the first part may in its sole discretion
remove or demolish the present building which is now

and certify acknowledgments of deeds in said County and State,
hereby certify that before me came R. Joe Dew, and F. W. Hendry,
as President and Secretary of the Dew Hendry Furniture Company,
a corporation under the laws of the State of Florida; that said
persons so appearing before IRe are the individuals and the
officers aforenamed of said corporation, desoribed in and who
executed the foregoing deed; and that then and there said indivi-
duals as said officers aCknowledged before me that the seal affixed
to said deed is the corpor,ate seal of said corportion, that their
