Gentlemen:
We the undersigned, Grover C. Eldridge and Georgia R.
Eldridge, hereby make a ~ir.m and continuing offer subject to accep-
tance within a period of ~~irty (30) days, to convey to the City
for use for street purposes the ~ollowing described property:
The West thirty (30) feet of Lot seven (7),
W.F.nJGHEY'S ADDITIJN TO CITY OF CLEARWATER,
and known as part o~ the Wm.MayTract, as
recorded in plat book 3, page 3 pf the public
records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of
which Pine lIas County was formerly a part,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The City is to pay us the sum of $800.00 cash
upon delivery of deed and removal by us, at our
expense of the house and all permanent improvements
now located on said Lot 7.
2. City is to relieve us of all costs in connection
with widening Myrtle Avenue, including street pavine
or repaving, installation of sidewalks, curbs or any
other appurtenances installed.
3. We agree that upon receipt of a duplicate copy of
this offer bearing your written acceptance, that we
will promptly begin removal of said hou se and will
complete the same within 9. period of two weeks, except
for circumstances beyond our control.
