acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold and transferred, and by

of the second part and its successors and assigns forever, all that cer-
tain parcel of land lying and being in the County of Pinellas, and

Begin at the Southea.st corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW~)
of the Northwest Quarter (NW~) of Section Fifteen (15), Township
29 South, Range 15 East, said point being the intersection of the
center lines of Chestnut Street and Greenwood Avenue; thence run
Westerly along, the center line of Chestnut Street, same being the
east and west center line of Section 15-29-15, North 880 59' 1111
West, 15.0 feet to a point; thence run South 00 3' 20" West, 30.0
feet to a point being the intersection of the Westerly side line
of GreenwoodJAvenue with the Southerly side line of Chestnut
Street,thence run Westerly along the Southerly side line of
Chestnut Street North 880 59' 11" West, 195.50 feet to a point;
said point being the point of beginning of parcel herein described;
thence running South 003' 20" West, 18.974 feet to a point; thence
running Northwesterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right
with a radius of 408.584 feet for a distance of 99.37 feet, the
chord of which arc bears North 770 57' 10" West, a distance of
99.125 feet, to a point on the Southerly side line of Chestnut

of Chestnut Street South 88U 59' 11" East, 96.977 feet to the
point of beginning.
The above described parcel being a portion of Lots 11 and
12, Block 16 as shown on a certain map entitled "Magnolia Park,
Clearwater, Florida" dated July 1909 and recorded in Plat
Book 3, Page 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,Florida.
The above described property is conveyed to the City of Clear-
water for right of way purposes in extending and widening Court
Street and Chestnut Street and it is agreed that in consideration
of this conveyance none of the costs of street pavement to be in-
stalled in such project shall be assessed against the grantors herein,
their heirs, personal representatives and assigns, nor against the
above described lots.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, with
every privilege, 'right, title, interest and estate, dower and right of
dower, reversion, remainder and easement thereto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.

me to be the wife of the sald HERBERT M. BLANTON, on a separate and
private examination, taken and made in the above named State and
County by and before me, separately and apart from her said husband,
