THIS INDENTURE, Made this 2 ~ day of June, A.D. 1951,
BETWEEN RAYMOND H. CENTER and A. MILDRED CENTER, husband and
wife, of the County of Pinellas, and State of Florida, parties of the
first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA ,of the County of
Pinellas, and State of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of ---TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable
considerations---, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted" bargained! sold and ,transferred, and by
these presents do grant, bargain, sel and transfer unto the said
party of the second part and its successors and assigns forever, all
that_certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of Pinellas,
and State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast corper of the Southwest Quarter (SW~)
of the Northwest ~uarter (NWi) , of Section 15, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, said point being the intersection of the center
lines of Chestnut Street and Greenwood Avenue; thence run west-
erly along the center line of Chestnut Street; same being the
east and west center line of Section 15-29-15, North gSO 59' 11"
West, 15.0 feet to a point; thence run South 00 3' 20" West,
30.0 feet to a point being the intersection of the westerly
side line of Greenwood Avenue with the Southerly side line of
Chestnut Street, said point being the point of beginning of
parcel herein described; thence running Southerly along the
Westerly side line of Greenwood Avenue South 00 3' 20" West,
20.0 feet to a point; thence running North 880 59' 11" West,
166.54 feet to a point; thence running westerly along the arc
of a curve bearing to the right with a radius of 408.584 feet a
distance of 28.996 feet the chord of which arc bears North
860 57' 12" West a distance of 28.99 feet to a point; thence
running North 00 3' 20" East, 18.974 feet to a point on the
Southerly side line of Chestnut Street; thence running Easterly
along the Southerly side line of Chestnut Street South 880 59' 11"
Eqst, 195.50 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described parcel being a portion of Lots 13,14,15,
and 16J. Block 16 as shown on a certain map entitled "Magnolia
Park, Lilearwater, Florida" dated July 1909 and recorded in
plat book 3, Page 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida.

The above described property is conveyed to the City of Clear-
water for right of way purposes in extending and widening Court
Street and Chestnut Street and it is agreed that in consideration
of this conveyance none of the costs of street pavement to be
installed in such project shall be assessed against the grantors
herein, their heirs, personal representatives and assigns, nor
against the above described lots.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, with
every privilege, right, title,interest and estate, dower and right of
dower, reversion, remainder and easement thereto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
