Finch and Corinne Parker Gathers as coadministrators of the Estate of Charles Brunson, deceased, parties of the first part, and the City of Clearwater, a municipal oorporation, of the County of Pinel1as, State of Florida, party of the seoond part, WITNESSETH That the said parties of the first part having on the 25th day of July, 1951, by petition applied to the Judge of the County Court in and for Pine lIas County, Florida, for authority to oonvey the real estate hereinafter desoribed to the party of the seoond part, and the prayer in said petition having appeared to said Judge to be reasonable and just and to the best interest of said estate, and the Court being satisfied of the expedienoy of such conveyance having entered an order on the 25th day of July, A.D. 1951 ratifying and confirming said transfer of property and ordering the said coadministrators to convey by good and suffioient deed to the said party of the second part the real estate hereafter described, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of one dollar and other valuable considerations, herein after mentioned, lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents by the party of the second part, the receipt Whereof is hereby aoknowledged, the parties of the first part herein, as Coadministrators aforesaid, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, oonveyed and oonfirmed unto the said party of the second part, and to its assigns and sucoessors forever, all those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the County of Pine1las, State of Florida, known and described as follows, to-wit: The North 50 feet of Lot 4 of Indian Heights Subdivision also known as Alioe Sigler Subdivision of the City of Clearwater, Florida, as the same is recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 8, PI1blioReeorda of Pin ell as County, Florida.
