AD1INISTRATORS' DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this 24th day of September
, A. D. 1951
between Alex D. Finch and S. G. Islar as coadministrators of the Estate
of Nathan Green, deceased, parties of the first part, and the City of
Clearwater, a municipal corp:>ration, of the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH '!hat the said parties of the first part having on the
24th day of September, 1951, by petition applied to the Judge of the
County Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, for authority to c:>nvey
the real estate hereinafter described to the party of the second part,
and the prayer in said petition having appeared to said Judge to be reason-
able and just and to the best interest of said estate, and the Court being
satisfied of the expediency of such conveyance having entered 8.n order on
the 24th day of September, A. D. 1951 ratifying and confirming said transfer
of property and ordering the said coadministrators to convey by good and
sufficient deed to the said party of the second part the real estate here-
after described,
IDW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of one
dollar and other valuable considerations hereinafter mentioned, lawful
rrnney of the United States of America to them in hand paid, at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents by the party of the sec:>nd
part, the receipt whereof is hereby ackoowledged, the parties of the first
part herein, as Coadrninistrators aforesaid, have granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confinned unto the said party of
the sec:> nd part, and to its as signs and succes so rs fo rever, all tho se
certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the
County of Pinellas, State of Florida, known and described as follows, to-wit:

1DG~THER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining.
'lD HAVE AND 'lO fDLD the same, the above described hereby granted
premises, with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part,
and to its assigns and successors, in consideration of the City cancell-
ing and foregoing Court Street ~tension assessments which would otherwise
be levied against the unconveyed :fXlrtion of said tr?cts.
And the said parties of the first part 00 hereby covenant to and with
the said party of the second part, its assigns and successors in all things
in and about this conveyance, they have conformed to the orders of the
Court and the statutes in such case made and provided.
