Hibiscus Gardens Subdivision
Dear Mr. Phillips:
I am writing in behalf of the owner of the
above described property - J. w. White~ P. O. Box
1333, Weirton, w. Va., whose intention it is to deed
to the City the west 20' of the said lots which face
on proposed Missouri Avenue, for a right-of-way.
Recorded in Deed Book 1534, page 363, you
will find there is a deed showing J. w. ~fuite and
his wife as grantor to the City of Clearwater, which
deedl.inspection will show was incorrectly drawn by
the City Attorney's office and inadvertently signed
by the grantors; and, contrary to the intent, conveys
all of Lots 14A and 14B, Block T, Hibiscus Gardens,
to the City of Clearwater.
It is my understanding that the City Attorney
is now conversant with this entire matter and I have
been asked by Mr. J. W. ~fuite to request that this
obvious error be corrected by the City, deeding back
to Mr. White the property described in the original
deed, reference as in Paragraph 2; whereupon NW. V,nite
as grantor will deed to the City the west 20' of Lots
9 and 10, Block E and the west 20' of Lots 14A and 14B,
Block T, all in Hibiscus Gardens subdivision, as record-
ed in Plat Book 14, pages 55 and 59.
For your information, Mr. ~bite has informed
me that he will be visiting in Clearwater again on
Thursday, December 11th and is prepared to execute a
new deed conveying the necessary right-of-way to the
City in exchange for a deed from the City, as outlined
in Paragraph 3 a.bove.
