WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 14th day of November , 1950,
between A & VI GLADS, INC., a corporation existing under the laws of
the state of Florida, having its principal place of business in the
County of Pinellas and state of Florida, party of the first part,
and the CITY OF CLE~~WATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, of the
County of Pinellas and state of Florida, party of the second part,
WIT~~SSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable considera-
tions, to it in hand paid, by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in
the County of Pinellas, state of Florida, to-wit:
Tract "An of Unit No. 4 of Skycrest Subdivision
according to plat recorded in Plat Book 28. ,
page 23, public records of Pinellas County,
Florida.

This deed is made and accepted on the following conditions
subsequent, viz:
The grantee covenants for itself and its successors that
neither it nor its successors will use the above described pre-
mises for any other than public park purposes; that said premises
shall never be used for comraercial purposes; that the grantee will
co~~ence the planting of grass upon the premises within six months
and complete the s ame within a ye ar from the date of this con-
veyance and will also from time to time in the future plant such
trees or shrubs as may be deemed suitable for a public park, and
that the grass and plantings shall be kept up in a husbandlike
manner and the premises at all times maintained as clean and
orderly public recreation grounds.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same by the said grantee and
its successors so long as said premises are used for the said

purposes, and upon breach of the said conditions or}any of them
the said premises shall revert to the grantor, its successors and

assigns, without the necessity of re-entering.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
