The lady I've been talking to is the deceased's sister. She wants to know if there's a
marker already there for her mom and if it would be possible to add another one on this
Block. She's coming in later this afternoon to our office.

We received a call this morning from Harry at Florida Vault requesting a staking for an
Urn burial for:
Melodie Herald in Block A. Lot 29,Space 3—To be buried with her mom, Betty Herald
who's in space 3—full burial.
DOB—1/17/70- DOD 2/27/12
(See attached status sheet regarding burials in this block and lot)
Staking is needed by this Thursday, March 15th for an (urn) burial. The burial will be
for Saturday, March 17th at around 10:30 a.m.
Please advise as soon as you can the color of the flags being used so that we could
notify Florida Vault.
