We are enclosing a Warranty Deed to the South 30
feet of the property located at 2027 Gu1f-to-Bay
Blvd., to enable the City to extend Rogers Street.
We hereby agree that we will hold harmless the City
of Clearwater and will in addition, at our expense,
defend any action that may be brought attacking the
title to said premises by Frank Fi1ewicz and Frances
A. Fi1ewicz, or either of them.
Said indemnification on our part is for and in
consideration of the City of Clearwater accepting
title to said premises.
