THIS IND~rTURE, made this 13th day of February in the year of our Lord One
Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty One, between THE PURE OIL COMPANY, an Ohio corporation:
as Grantor, and the CITY OF CLEARv:AT.ER, a municipalit:;T of the Count;y of Pinellas
and State of Florida, as Grantees.
. irHTNESSE'TH: That the said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, cash in hand paid, the receipt
of which is hereb~ acknowledged, has bargained, sold and does by these presents
bargairl, sell, remise, release and forever quit-claim to the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns, all the right, title, interest, claim or demand which the
said Grantor has or may have had in and to all that tract or parcel of land l;ying
and being in the City of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
Commence at the NTI\T corner of the S1rJ 1/4 of Section 13, T 29 s,
R 15 E, run thence S 890-22'-54" E, along the East West 1/4 Section
Line, 328.53 feet; thence S 000000'-38" E, 50.0 feet to a point of
begirming; continue thence S 000-00'-38ft E, 26.72 feet; thence
S 890-22'-54" E, 20.19 feet; thence N 240-35'-43ft E, 29.24 feet;
thence N 890-22'-54ft W, along the South right of way line of Gulf
to Bay BoUlevard, 32.36 feet to the P.O.B.; containing 0.016 acres
more or less; also containing 695 square feet more or less,
with all the rights, members and appurtenances to the said described premises in
anywise appertaining or belonging.
TO HAVE MID TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said Grantee, its
successors and aSSigns, so that neither the said Grantor nor its successors, nor any
other person claiming under it shall at any time, claim or demand any right, title
or interest to the aforesaid described premises or its appurtenances.
