~HIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1 day of
[h~ , A. D. 1980, by and between NICK MIRIALAKlS,
Willowbranch Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33516, hereinafter
referred to as Seller, and the CITY OF CLEAR WA TER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation. hereinafter referred to as Purchaser;
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the mutual promises and C.venants herein
contained and other valuable considerations passing between the parties
hereto, the Seller agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to buy the
following described real property situate, lying and being in Pinellas
County, Florida, to wit:
The North 100.00 feet of lot 31, DRUID
ACRES SECOND ADDITION, as recorded
in plat book 39, page 74, of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The total purchase price of said property shall be the sum of
Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00), payable in full upon
closing, which shall be on or before sixty (60) days from date hereof at
the office of the City Attorney, Clearwater City Hall, 112 S. Osceola
Avenue. Clearwater, Florida.
IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF. Seller agrees to convey said
property to said Purchaser by good and sufficient Warranty Deed, with
fee simple. marketable title. free and clear of all encumbrance s of
record.
Both parties agree that neither have used the services of a real
e state broker in this transaction and no brokerage fee is due anyone.
