property. which shall be covenants running with the land. for the protection
of itself, persons and corporations purchasing said property from it or its
successors or assigns, and the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal
corporation;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in
consideration of the foregoing premises and other good and valuable consideration
between the parties, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned.
SKYCREST BAPTIST CHURCH, INC.. as Owner of the above described real
prope rty, doe s he reby adopt and pr omulgate the re stricti ve covenants he re inafte r
set forth:
1- These restrictions and limitations are to be regarded as covenants
running with the land regardlesS of whether they are specifically mentioned
in any deeds or conveyance s subsequently executed.
2. In the event this property changes hands in any manner provided
by law, the City of Clearwater may at its option, with or without approval of
the Owner, institute proceedings to rezone the property back to the zoning that
existed prior to May 20, 1974.
3. These covenants and restrictiorisshall be binding on all pa. rties
and all persons claiming under them. and no exception, variation or termination
of these restrictions shall be authorized or effective without the prior written
consent of the City of Clearwater, Florida.
