REAL ESTATE CONTRACT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ;(~~ day of April,
1956, between and amont the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, and HERBERT M. BROWN, W. E. STRANG, JR., JOHN N. BOHANNON,
CLEVELAND INSCO, JR., and SAMUEL B. ROBERTS, as Trustees of the Sinking
Fund of the City of Clearwater, Florida, parties of the first part,
hereinafter called the "Seller", and METAL INDUSTRIES, INC., a Florida
corporation, party ef the second part, hereinafter called the nPurchaser".
WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the mutual promises and
covenants herein contained, and other valuable considerations passing
between the parties hereto, the Seller agrees to sell and the Purchaser
agrees to buy the following described property situate, lying and being
in Pin.1Ias County, Florida:
PARCEL I
The East 170 feet of the North 350 feet of the
SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SEt) of the NORTHWEST QUARTER
(NWk) of Section 12 Township 29 South, Range 15
East; less the North 50.0 feet for Overlea Street
and the East 50.0 feet f.r Hereules Avenue, both
previously dedicated, all being located in Tract "A"
of the Rep1at of Blocks 1 through 19, inclusive,
of Marymont Subdivision, according to the map or
plat thereof as recorded in plat book 39, page 31,
of the public records of Pin.llas County, Florida.
PARCEL II
The West 380 feet of the East 550 feet of the North
350 feet of the SOUTHEAST QUARTER (BE!) of the
NORTHWEST QUARTIi (NWk) of Section 12, Township 29
South, Range 15 East; less the North 50.0 feet for
Overlea Street previously dedicated, all being lo-
cated in Tract "An of the Replat of Bloeks 1 through
19, inclusive, of Marymont Subdivision, according
to.tbe map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book
39, page 31, of the public recorda of Pinellas
County, Florida.
upon the following terms and conditions:
1. The total purchase price of.aid property shall be the
sum of $3,440.00, payable at the times and in the manner following:
$340.00 upon the execution of these presents, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged as an earnest money deposit. The remaining balance shall

I hand you herewith executed deed of conveyance
from the City of Clearwater to Metal Industries,
Inc., and coverine; said properties situate in
the SE~ of the NW~ ~f Sec.12-~~-15, which deed
is to be delivered to Metal Industries, Inc., or
its Attorney Mr. Ben Krentzman, upon their com-
pliance with Agreement between Metal Industries,
Inc. and the City dated April 26, 1956.
The property described as Tract 1 in the afore-
said real estate contract was sold and delivered
and payment therefor made this 22nd day of June,
1956.
