RELEASE OF OPTION
In consideration of the conveyance to William L.
Bassett concurrently herewith of certain property in sub-
stitution for the property hereinafter described, and in
fl1rther cODsideratiol!: of the complete performance by the
City of Clearwater of that certain Agreement dated Octoher
S, 1954, between it aid William L. Bassett, the undersigned
hereby releases the City of Clearwater' from the Option to
Purehase contained im said Agreement, insofar as the sale
refers to the following described property located in Pinellas
