Range 15 East and run North 88 deg. 47' 06" West along the center
line of Gulf to Bay Boulevard, which is a quarter section line,
a distance of 30.0 feet for a point of beginning; thence run
North 88 deg. 47' 06" West along said center line of Gulf to Bay
Boulevard, a distance of 27.5~ feet to a point; thence run South
1 deg. 11' 21" East a distance of 665.41 feet more or l~ss to a
point in the center line of Turner Street; thence run South
88 deg. 56' 04" East along the center line of Turner Street a
distance of 14.06 feet to a point; thence run Northerly along a
line to the point of beginning, less the North 50.0 feet of the above
described land for Gulf to Bay Boulevard right-of-way, for right-of-
way purposes only, and
