Attached is Special Warranty Deed to the State of Florida
for the use and benefit of the Stata Road Department, duly
executed by the owners in captioned matter, as per compro-
mise settlement having been made this day with A. T. Cooper,
Jr., Attorney for the parties, as follows:
Travis P. Rodgers - Land - $126.00
A. T. Cooper, Jr. - Attorney's Fee - $112.60
This instrument is to be recorded and transmitted to the
State Road Department in Bartow.
Also attached is Quitclaim Deed duly executed by Travis P.
Rodgers and Audrey E. Rodgers, his wife, to the City of
Clearwater, as required by the City Attorney, the said
Travis P. Rodgers having become a party at interest in
consequence of his having purchased the property of Patsy
Desimone and Lorraine L. Desimone, his wife. This instru-
ment is to be recorded and retained by the City.
