governmental limitations, or others which might be disclosed by an
accurate inspection and architectural survey.

Virginia Scola, a wido\tl, party of the first part, of 56
Collins Court, Bricktown, County of Ocean, state of New Jersey
08724, for $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is acknowledged, hereby releases the property
situated in the County of Pinellas, state of Florida, described as
follows:
A portion of Lot 1, Block C, HIGHLAND GROVE SUBDIVISION,
as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and depicted
in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
from the lien of that certain Agreement For Deed owned and held by
said party of the first part, given on that and other real property
on June 1, 1982, executed by Charles E. Belcher and Eileen H.
Belcher, his wife, and by John C. Belcher and Catherine D. Belcher,
his wife, party of the second part, and recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the Court of pinellas County, Florida, in Official
Records Book 5357, Page 1270, given as security for the payment of
that certain lien obligation described therein in the original
principal sum of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand and--NO/100's--
Dollars ($125,000.00).
In consideration of such payment, the party of the first part
hereby remises, releases, and forever quitclaims to the City of
Clearwater, Florida, to Charles E. Belcher and Eileen H. Belcher,
his wife, and to John C. Belcher and Catherine D. Belcher, his
wife, party of the second part, the above described premises,
together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
thereto belonging; but it is expressly stipulated and agreed that
the Agreement For Deed is and shall be in full force and effect as
against all the property described therein except the parcel herein
released.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
PROJECT HIGHLAND AVENUE
PARCEL NO. : 5
THIS AGREEMENT is made between CHARLES E. BELCHER and EILEEN H. BELCHER,
husband and wife, and JOHN C. BELCHER and CATHERINE D. BELCHER, husband and
wife, whose mailing address is 975 North Bayshore Drive, Safety Harbor, Fl.
34695-3201. Phone: 726-9167 (herein "Seller"), and the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, a Florida Municipal Corporation (herein "Buyer" or "City").
WITNESSETH
For and in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions herein
contained, Seller hereby agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to buy the fOllowing
property or interest therein, upon the following terms and conditions:
I. DESCRIPTION
(a) Real estate or interest therein, identified as Parcel No. 5 as
shown on right-of-way maps of Highland Avenue, being a portion of
HIGHLAND GROVE, Block C, Lot 1 as more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof.

II. PURCHASE PRICE
Amount to be paid by Buyer to Seller at closing......$ 250.00
III. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS
(a) It is mutually understood and agreed that this Agreement is
executed by the Seller subject to final acceptance by the City
Engineer of the City of Clearwater, which shall occur within five
(5) business days of receipt of this document in the office of the
ci ty Engineer, executed in duplicate by Seller. Date of acceptance
and execution by the City Engineer shall be the Effective Date of
this agreement, and execution shall serve to ratify and confirm the
purchase price and all terms and conditions as are contained
herein. If this agreement is not timely accepted and executed by
the City Engineer, Seller may, at Seller option, withdraw from this
agreement by providing written notice of such intent to the office
of the City Engineer, whereupon this agreement shall thereafter be
null and void in all respects.
(b) No actual or estimated ad valorem taxes shall be prorated to
Buyer or collected from Seller at time of closing this
transaction.
(c) Seller shall deliver unencumbered title to Buyer at closing;
however, Buyer shall, at Buyer's sole cost and expense, have the
obligation to obtain any releases of encumbrances as Buyer may
require.

(d) Seller authorizes, and the City agrees, to restore to the present
or equal condition any of Seller's remainder property up to but
not more than five feet (5') abutting the parcel being conveyed
that may be disturbed or impacted during construction of the
right-of-way improvements. Such restoration shall be
accomplished at City expense and shall be completed not later
than project completion.
IV. CLOSING DATE - POSSESSION
This transaction shall be closed and the Seller shall convey
title by Special Warranty Deed within sixty (60) days of the
Effective date of this agreement.
v. TYPEWRITTEN OR HANDWRITTEN PROVISIONS
Typewritten or handwritten provisions inserted herein or attached
hereto as addenda, and initialed by the parties, shall control
all printed provisions in conflict therewith.

performed upon the aforesaid property which has not been paid.

paving or other public utilities, or improvements made by any governmental
instrumentality, and that no notice has been received for any public hearing
regarding future or pending assessments for improvements by any governmental
instrumentality, which are now unpaid, against the aforesaid property.
5. There are no unrecorded easements or rights of way for users or adverse
