AMENDMENT TO RESTRICTIONS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that WHEREAS, John H.
Ford, a single man, and Harold S. Wilson and Mary Ellen Wilson, his wife,
as owners in fee simple of the following described real property situate
in Pinellas County, Florida:
The North 165.0 feet of the SW-l/4 of the NW-l/4 of
Section 11, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas
County, Florida, less the East 30.0 feet for road right
of way and also less the West 200.0 feet,
on December 18, 1964, executed certain restrictive covenants restricting
and limiting the use of said described real property; and
WHEREAS, said restrictive covenants were recorded on the 30th

day of December, 1964, in O. R. 2067, pages 345 through 347, of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said restrictive covenants as recorded provided that
they shall not be amended, changed or modified without the written consent
and approval of the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
a municipal corporation; and
WHEREAS, said owners have requested and the City of Clearwater
has consented to certain amendments to said restrictive covenants;
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, John H. Ford, a single man,
as holder of an Option to Purchase, Harold S. Wilson, joined by his wife,
Mary Ellen Wilson, as fee simple OWner and William J. Castagna, joined
by Carolyn A. Castagna, his wife, as holder of a first mortgage lien thereon,
and the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, in consideration
of the foregoing and other good and valuable considerations, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do covenant and agree as follows:

1. That restrictive covenant # 1 as contained in said original
Restrictions as recorded in O. R. Book 2067, pages 345 through 347 of
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
1 (a) Each structure erected or placed on said tract shall
contain a minimum square footage of living area of 1,500
square feet and a maximum of 3,200 square feet in all one
story structures and a maximum of 3,800 square feet in
all two story structures, exclusive of porches and garages.
(b) The number of two story structures erected on said
described property shall not exceed forty per cent (40%)
of the total number of structures erected thereon.
2. The parties hereto hereby ratify and reaffirm all of the remaining
restrictive covenants and provisions as contained in said original restrictions
recorded in O. R. Book 2067, pages 345 through 347 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida. The parties further agree that said restrictions
and covenants shall be perpetual and shall apply to and be forever binding
upon the owners, their grantees, heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns and all parties claiming through them, and that
said restrictions and covenants shall not be further amended, changed or
modified without the written consent and approval of the City Commission of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation.
