1957, between ALBERT T. MICHAUD and wife, MARY MICHAUD

hereinafter referred to as "Owner" and the CITY OF CLEAFE'lATE:R, COUNTY OF
PINELLAS, hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser".

l'lHER.EAS, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter des-
cribed as right-of..;,way for construction and maintenance of an authorized city,
county Or state street or highway and said purchaser is required to furnish
same for such purpose;
NO'll, THEREFOrlE, in consideration of the premises and other good and
. valuable consideration, it is agreed as follows:
(a) The owner agrees to sell and convey, by good and sufficient war-
ranty deed, free of liens and encumbrances, except as herein otherwisG indi-
cated, unto the City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, the following
described land in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
West 14.38 ft. of Lot 5, Block A, Bonair Subdivision,
according to map or plat thereof recorded in Pinellas County
Florida, being a parcel containing 719 square feet of land,
fronting Myrtle Avenue.

purchaser, as follows:

(b) Purchaser shall pay said sum in cash within 10 days from
datehereof ,upon simultaneous delivery of such deed of conveyance. (c) All
current taxes for the year in which this Agreement is made shall be paid by
the Owner, and Owner will place the necessary documentary tax stamps upon
the deed given in pursuance of this Agreement.
