a corporation exiatint under the laws 01 the State 01 Florida,
havint its principal place 01 business in the Oounty 01 Pinellas
State 01 Florida party of the first part, and
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation existing under
the laws of the State of Florida,

Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of

to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby

end of description.

and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
