THIS INDENTURE, made this -- day of May, A. D. 1963, by and
between CHARLES DONALD WEBB, A. A SMITH and ALFRED P. MARSHALL, as
Executors of the Estate of Charles Bruce Webb, deceased; JANE MacRAE
WEBB, a widow and unmarried, individually; and LEMUEL P. WOODS, as
attorney-in-fact for MANDEVILLE ALEXANDER WEBB, an unmarried man, as
parties of the first part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, Florida, a muni-
cipal corporation, as party of the second part,

00 11' 27" E, along the i Section line, 368.5 ft. for
P.O.B.; thence continue N 00 11' 27" E, 60.0 feet;
thence Easterly, along the Easterly extension of the
Northerly line of Walnut Street, 100.0 feet; thence
S 00 11' 27" W, 60.0 feet; thence Westerly, along the
Easterly extension of the Southerly line of Walnut Street,
100.0 feet to P.O.B.
The property is deeded to the City of Clearwater for
road right-of-way purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining,
forever; and the parties of the first part will defend the title thereto
against all persons claiming by, through, or under the said parties of
the first part.
