a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida ,
having its principal place of business in the County of Pinellas and
State of Florida party of the first part, and CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, a municipal corporation,

- Witnesseth" that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of

to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of
Pinellas , State of Florida, to wit:
From the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 11, Twp. 29 S, Rge. 15 E, run N 890
21' 30" W along the center line of said section, a distance of 524.29 feet to the SE
corner of 8th Addn. to Highland Pines Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 57,
Page 70, Public Records of Pinellas County, Fla.; thence run N 00 25' 21" E along
the east line of said subdivision, a distance of 1139.92 feet to the North right-of-
way line of Long St. for the P.O. B.; thence continue N 00 25' 21" E along said
line, a distance of 635.60 feet to the south right-of-way line of Sherwood St;
thence run S 890 29' 30" E a distance of 7.50 feet; thence run S 00 25' 21" Wadis-
tance of 635.60 feet; thence run N 890 21' 30" W, a distance of 7.50 feet to the
P.O.B.
This conveyance is given as a deed of dedication and is to be used for the purpos es
of a utility easement only.
