THIS INDENTURE, made the l.a4-~ day of /v\cx.Jt.~ ,A.D.,
1975, between THE SCHOOL BOARD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, party of the
first part, and THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
of the County of Pinellas, and State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That the party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of $1.00 Dollar and other good and valuable consid-
eration to it in hand paid by said party of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed
unto the said party of the second part, and to its successors and assigns
forever, all the following piece, parcel, lot or tract of land, situate,
lying and being in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, and
described as follows, to wit:

Start at the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Township
29 South, Range 15 East and run Westerly along the South
line of said NE 1/4 of Section 11 a distance of 1440.12 feet,
thence run North 00026'10" East, 40.00 feet for the P.O.B.;
thence run North 89020'35" West 30.00 feet; thence run North
00026'10" East 936.00 feet; along the Westerly line of that
property conveyed to the School Board of Pinellas County by
Deed recorded in O. R. Book 1709, Page 104, of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence run South
89021'30" East along the Southerly line of Lots 9 and 10,
Block 24, of Highland Pines 5th Addn. as recorded in Plat
Book 36, Page 44, of Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, 95.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said
Lot 10; thence run South 22034'25" West 172.49 feet; thence
run South 00026'10" West 776.00 feet to the P.O.B., also
Lot 10, Block 24, of said Highland Pines 5th Addn.

This deed is given for right-of-way purposes for Casler Street.
TOGElliER WIlli all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining; and every right,
title or interest, legal or equitable, of the said party of the first
part of, in and to the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, to its own proper use, benefit and
behoof forever.
