This cause having come on to be heard upon Joint Motion for
Entry of Pinal Judgment nade by Plaintiff, CITY OF CLEARWATER, a
Municipal corporation, and the Defendant, SATURN IJL~ APARTI~1TS,
INC., by and through their rsspective attorneys, and it appearing
to the Court that the parties were authorized to enter into such
motion, and the Court finding that the compensation to be paid
by the plaintiff is full, just and reasonable for all parties

concerned, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it
is
OP~ERED AND ADJUDGZD that the Defendant, SATURN LAKE APART-
MENTS, INC., have and recover from the plaintiff the sum of
$92,000.00 in full payment for the property taken and damages to
the remainder, said property described as follows!
An 80.00 foot parcel of land lying 40.00 feet each side
of the following described line:
start at the southeast corner of the northeast 1/4 of
the southeast 1/4 of section 11, Town3hip 29 South.
Range 15 East, and run N 00. 12' 21" E, 60.00 feet:
thence run S 890 20' l8u E. 6.00 feet to ~hb Point of
Beginning: thence run N 00. 40' 51" E., 255.00 feet:
thence along a curve to the left having a radius of
400.00 feet, arc length of 136.30 feet, chord bearing
of N 90 04' 53" w, chord distance of 135.65 feet: thenco
along a curve to the right having a radius of 400.00

ALLWEISS, receive the sum of $6,000.00 from the plaintiff as a
reasonable fee for services rendered in this causer and it is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that EAF~ B. MILLER, Appraiser, receive
the sum of $4.000.00,from the plaintiff, as an appraisal fee in
this cause, and it is further
