WHEREAS, the hereinafter described property held by the
Department of Transportation is no longer used or needed and the
Secretary of the Department on
December 20, 1979,
has
approved conveyance to the Grantee without consideration, pursuant
to the provisions of Section 337.25(5).
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the Party
of the First Part does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the
Party (Parties) of the Second part, and assigns, forever, all the
