Avenue, Largo, Florida, 33540 hereinafter referred to as Purchaser.
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the payments and covenants herein provided,
and other good and valuable considerations, Seller agrees to sell and
Purchaser ~ to buy the following described real estate situate in
Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
A part of NW ! of SW ! of Section 11, Township 29 S, Range 15 E,
being more particularly described as follows:
Start at the Southeast corner of NW ! of the SW ! of said
Section 11, and run Westerly along the South line of said
NW ! of SW !, 30.00 feet to the West right-of-way line of
Highland Avenue; thence run Northerly along said West right-
of-way line 465.00 feet; thence run Westerly 20 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue Westerly 180 feet; thence
run Northerly along a line parallel to the West right-of-way
line of Highland 250.5 feet; thence run Northeasterly 154.92
feet to a point which is located 360 feet Northerly and 69
feet Westerly of the P.O.B.; thence run Easterly 69 feet;
thence run Southerly parallel to the West right-of-way line
of Highland Avenue 360 feet to the Point of Beginning,
The total purchase price for said property shall be the sum of Ninety-Five
Thousand Dollars ($95,000.00) net" payable at the times and in the manner
following:
(a) Four Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty ($4,750.00) received
as bid deposit, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
(b) Four Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty ($4,750.00) due and
payable after acceptance by the City Commission.
(c) Balance of Eight Five Thousand and Five Hundred ($85,500.00)
due and payable at closing,
which closing shall be within sixty (60) days of execution of this
Agreement.
Purchasers agree that all deposit money paid to the Seller shall
be forfeited should the Purchasers fail to close this transaction by
the date herein specified.

IN CONSIDERATION,WHEREOF, Seller agrees to convey said property to
Purchaser by good and sufficient Fee Simple Deed, with a fee simple,
marketable title, free and clear of all encumbrances of record.
Purchaser, shall at its own expense pay all costs including title
lnsurance, survey, recording deed and the documentary stamps to be
placed thereon.
This Agreement shall be binding on the respective personal represen-
tatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the
parties hereto,
