AMENDMENT TO RESTRICTIONS
WHEREAS, Pleus Bros. Metal Fabricators, Inc., a Florida corpora-
tion, is the owner of the following described property:

Lots 1,2, 3, 4, 6, and 7, BRAESIDE PLACE, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 85, at
pages 77 and 78, Public Records of pin ell as County,
-Florida; and
WHEREAS, Raymond E. Murray and Nancy C. Murray, his wife,
are owners of the following described property:
Lot 5, BRAESIDE PLACE, according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 85, at pages 77 and 78, Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the above-described properties are subject to certain
restrictions as recorded in O.R. Book 3823, pages 6, 7, 8 and 9,
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and to the amend-
ment to restrictions as recorded in O.R. Book 5308, pages 542, 543,
544; and 545; and
WHEREAS, said restrictions may not be amended without the prior
written consent of the City of Clearwater; and
\'JHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the restrictions previously
placed on the above described property as indicated herein to remove
the requirement that the City of Clearwater grant its consent to any
amendment to such restrictions;
NOW, THEREFORE, the owners hereby amend such existing restrictions
and the City of Clearater consents to this amendment as follows:
1. The City of Clearwater shall no longer require its written
consent or approval to any amendments .to these restrictions.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owners have executed this instrument
and the City of Clearwater, Florida, consents thereto, this
day of June, A.D. 1984.
