thence run S 48028'23" E, 206.63 feet; thence run N 89021'08" W, 1934.72
feet, to the West 1/4 corner of Section 10, Township 29 South, Range 16
East and the high water line; thence run North and East along said high water
line to the P. O. B.; containing 30 acres, more or less.
