Witnesseth., that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of ONE DOLLAR and other valuable consideration ~ to
him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargain-
ed, sold and transferred, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and transfer
unto the said party of the second part all that certain parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Pinellas , and State of Florida, more particularly

hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
Sold and convayedfor right-of-way and drainage purposes only; if
said property is ever abandoned or used for any other purpose, then
and in such event, it shall revert and become the property of the
Grantor, his heirs or assigns.
Party of the first part as Grantor herein hereby reserves all
riparian rights, rights of reliction and rights of accretion
in and to the property herein conveyed.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, with

Commencing at a point where the South section line of Section 19,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, intersects the shore line of
the Gulf of Mexico at mean high water line; thence Northerly following
the shore line a distance of SOO feet; thence run due East to the shore
line of Clearwater-Harbor; thence in a SOlJ.therly direction along the
shore line of Clearwater Harbor until said shore line intersects the
