and Clearwaterl the City has obtained and I am
enclosing executed right-of-way deed from Ed C.
Wright conveying the property required for the im-
provement of Watkins rload as furnished by the City
Enginee~.
This deed should be recorded.
The City Engineer has been informed that we have
the deed and has agreed to proceed with the im-
provement in accordance with the agreement between
