MAXWELL B. SACKHEIM, Individually and as Guardian of SALLIE W.
SACKHEIM, his wife, pursuant to Order Authorizing Execution of
Deed for Guardian dated June 30, 1971: ALFRED SCHICK, M. D., joined
by his wife, ALICE E. SCHICK: THE MORTON F. PLANT HOSPITAL ASSOCIA-
TION, INC., a Florida non profit voluntary corporation: MORRIS BILGORE,
a single man: ROBERT HAWORTH, joined by his wife, MARY K. HAWORTH
and TEMPLE B'NAI ISRAEL, a Florida non profit corporation, whether
one or more, party of the first part and CITY OF CLEARWATER, a
municipal corporation, party of the second part.

That the parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid,
receipt of which is re reby acknowledged, . have granted, bargained,
sold and conveyed and do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to
the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever,
the following described land, situate, lying and being in the
County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit:
The North 50' of the following described
property, to-wit:
The NW\ of the NW\ of Section 17, Township
29 South, Range 16 East, Pine11as County,
Florida, less and except the West 100 feet
thereof for right of way of U. S. Highway
#19 and less and except the South 200 feet
thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise incident or apper-
taining, forever: and the said parties of the first part do hereby
fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
