2. Warranty Deed from Wilna B. Sherburne, individually and.as Trustee,

dated 1-21-71 and filed for record 1-22-71 at 4:07 PM as Clerk's Instrument
No. 71008483 and recorded in O.R. Book 3473, page 212 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
