RELEASE AND eANeELLA TION OF RESTRleTIONS
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of October, 1975, Joseph K. Turner,
Sr. and Laura W. Turner; James L. Turner and Sandra J. Turner; Joseph
K. Turner, Jr. and Joan W. Turner; George Tucker and Deretha Tucker;
Arthur Barlow and Audrey B. Barlow; and Robert A. McMichael and Helen
M. McMichael, all as husband and wife, were the owners of certain real
property situated and located in Pinellas eounty, Florida, to wit:
Lots 7 through 12, inclusive, Block 9, Pine erest
Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 66 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida;
WHEREAS, on said date such property owners did establish and impose
certain restrictive covenants on the real property described herein, such
restrictions being set forth in an instrument recorded in Official Record
Book 4354, pages 1287 through 1291, of the Public Records of Pinellas
eounty, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Susan M. Snyder, Else M. Nichols
and Molly H. Snyder and the eity of elearwater, Florida, that the above
described property be released from all of the restrictions;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and
valuable consideration, paid by Susan M. Snyder, Else M. Nichols and
Molly H. Snyder, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the eity
of elearwater, Florida, the undersigned eity of elearwater, Florida, to
whose benefit the above cited restrictions inure, does hereby lift and
remove same and terminate, waive, and abandon any right which it may
have or might hereafter have to enforce such restrictions against the
above described property.
It is the intention of the eity of elearwater, Florida, that it releases
any past, present or future owner of the above described real property from
any and all possible liability or responsibility insofar as any such liability
