was acquired by the City of Clearwater on December 17, 1997. The City Attorney's Office
was successful in foreclosing Certificates of Indebtedness MHC-45 and M-817 for
demolition and lot clearing liens owed to the City. As a result, the City now owns the
vacant lot identified on the Certificate or Title. Please update the Official City Records to
reflect City ownership.
Mr. Alan Ferri, as Director of the Clearwater Housing and Urban Development
Department of the City of Clearwater, will coordinate the use and disposition of the real
property. Please contact my office if you need any additional documentation.
